Plan B Latam was founded by Belgian real estate & architecture entrepreneur Philippe and his Brazilian wife & architect Lu.
They have lived and worked in Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Bulgaria, and Brazil, gaining firsthand experience of living and doing business in different cultures.
They know how difficult it can be to adapt to different cultures, but also how easy it can be once you´ve acquired the right know-how.
(Notably, when they moved to Bulgaria – they arrived on a Sunday evening from a long trip to Australia; in the morning, they took their son to the international school and started househunting. As simple as that.
In Brazil, they have lived in the Rio de Janeiro, Bahia, and Santa Catarina – intimately knowing Balneario Camboriu and now living in surf town Garopaba near Florianopolis.
They have sourced real estate from Bahia to Alagoas for large international investors, and have built homes and businesses in interior design and architecture.
They love traveling and have spent months in over 35 countries… and love to help people find the best spots for their plan B or simply a new life in the best places of Latin America.
They also own land a 28ha. tract of urban land with amazing seaviews.
